WELL DONE'S GOING GREEN
In line with our commitment to the environment (see our environmental policy), Well Done is committed to doing what it can to ensure that we minimise our carbon footprint. The LPG vans are one of many steps we've taken, including replacement of harmful chemicals and sprays with more appropriate alternatives and reducing the use of wasteful items such as paper in the office.
WELL DONE EXTENDS ITS MAINTENANCE SERVICE
This means that we can now mange every step of the process for our clients, from taking on a new property, assessing its needs, refurbishing redecorating and refitting, furnishing and finishing it, and making it ready for a client’s new tenant to move straight in.

WELL DONE ACQUIRES AN INTERNATIONAL FLAVOUR!
Tjimen Haver is joining the Well Done team for a short while. He's an English and Business Studies student from the Netherlands and we've known both him and his family for some time, so we're very pleased to welcome him. Tjiman will be working with us on placement in our Head Office, and we're all deeply embarrassed at how good his English already is. So, if you call us and hear a strange accent over the course of the next few weeks, feel free to say "Goede morgen, Tjiman"!
LATEST EXPANSION FOR WELL DONE GROUP Well Done is proud to announce its latest exciting expansion. As Go Native, the UK's leading provider of Serviced accommodation and bespoke housing expand their own portfolio, Well Done have been instructed to work with them. Having worked closely alongside Go Native for a number of years carrying out various specialist and end-of-tenancy cleaning, Well Done has now been asked to provide regular cleaning, "maid services" on a weekly basis to a large number of properties in Go Native's growing portfolio. This includes laundry services, bedding/linen/towels provisions, consumables etc. Russell Read commented, "Well Done has worked with Go Native's Operations and Housekeeping Departments for a number of years and we are absolutely ecstatic to be carrying out weekly cleans. Go Native is a professional and friendly company to work with and we are privileged to be included in this latest growth. I'm sure it will continue". NEW VANS ARRIVE Fantastic news - our new vans have arrived. These brand new vans are fully signed and show exactly how professional we are. Both supervisors were extremely please with the new vans that are also fully fitted with HandsFree telephone kits and Satelite Navigation. Supervisor Jay commented, "Its great that to have new vehicles, not only for our image but for peace of mind that we should be totally reliable. The added extras are also a luxury that most van drivers are not lucky enough to have".
OVER £5,000 RAISED FOR CHARITY! Well Done is proud to have been the main sponsors at a fantastic summer Ball. Hosted by Russell and Melanie Read the event was a real success. The aim was to try and raise money for the local schools where their children attend. Over 400 hundred people attended and were treated to an amazing night: fireworks, magicians, hog roast, celebrities, photographers, auctions, raffles and more. Russell Read said "A truly brilliant night - 10 months of planning and work seem to have been worthwhile, thanks so much to everyone who supported the event and all those who worked so hard on the night". When asked would he been doing it again Russell said "ask me when the summer panic is over!"
WELL DONE DRY CLEANING TRIPLES WORKLOAD SINCE BECOMING PART OF THE WELL DONE GROUP IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR The volume of work coming into Well Done Dry Cleaning has tripled since the shop became part of the group earlier this year. Shop manager Liam Barton who heads the team says "There is still a long way to go but so far so good, its been a struggle trying to get serious custom back to the shop, we took charge earlier this year and with Well Done's fantastic reputation both in the local area and with cleaning in general we are sure to see even more improvements. We are always running promotions and special offers so keep an eye out as there will be something for everyone." WELL DONE REMOVAL & RELOCATION CONTINUES TO IMPRESS House moves are stressful at the best of times, and office moves can be equally challenging, especially when you have to keep your business running seamlessly. The Well Done Group's removal & relocation team are dealing with an increasing number of relocations, and the feedback we're getting from our clients is universally positive. JM of Rickmansworth writes: We agreed in advance that we'd handle all the packing, but they would have done that all for us if we'd asked, and before the move day they delivered crates, boxes, label s and even pens. On the moving day itself, the Well Done team was waiting for us as we arrived, and took our key personnel's stuff over first, setting that up and getting everything plugged in before the office opened and the phones started ringing at 8:30. Then they came back for everything else, and I was amazed that they could be both fast and quiet. They were putting our new office together all around the core team, and the clients on the phone had no idea.
