Here's an abbreviated version of our checklist:

KITCHEN
Wash, scrub & polish all surfaces; clean cupboards & drawers; scrub and polish all worktops & sinks, remove all food & garbage; clean all white goods; degrease & polish wall tiles; clean oven & extractor inside & out; empty, defrost & clean fridge & freezer; clean all appliances; empty and wash all bins.

BATHROOM
De-scale & polish all surfaces, including sinks, baths & showers; polish and de-scale all taps and shower heads; degrease all wall tiles; Clean, de-scale & polish toilets & bidets; remove all bathroom items such as soaps, towels and shampoos; polish all mirrors; clean & polish all hard floors.

BEDROOM
Move all furniture and vacuum all carpets; clean and empty all cupboards and chests of drawers.

GENERAL
All furniture to be moved and cleaned thoroughly; carpets to be vacuumed throughout the property; All fittings, including lights, lamps, switches, shades, dado rails, skirting boards, internal window frames, curtain rails, pictures, mirrors, fires & surrounds and radiators to be dusted or cleaned; floors to be cleaned & polished; interior glassware to be cleaned and polished; internal windows to be cleaned; door handles polished; rubbish removed; bins emptied & cleaned; upholstery vacuumed & dusted; wooden furniture dusted & polished.
