On a larger scale, we work alongside national building companies, developers and housing associations to ensure that disruptions are kept to a minimum. And we aim to work alongside the contractors and project managers to make sure we adhere to any handover deadlines.
We hold the Inland Revenue recognised CIS cards to ensure that payments are made in a professional manner. Our builders cleaning checklist includes: Dust & polish wooden furniture, shelves, window ledges, radiators, surfaces and fire extinguishers; Remove finger marks from glass partitions, doorways, kitchen surfaces; clean or vacuum all floor surfaces, upholstery and soft furnishings; empty waste bins; disinfect & clean toilet bowls, sinks and basins; clean & polish all bathroom fitments & mirrors; clean & polish all tiles, wipe down all surfaces. |
