ABOUT THE WELL DONE GROUP TEAM

 

For those of you who are not "fortunate" enough to meet us, please take a look at  some of the team members - it should help you put a face to the name (Photos to follow). We're generally a great bunch and as you'll see, the majority of our key team members have been with us for a long time. By itself, that's EXTREMELY rare in this business as most of you will know, especially with some of the inventory clerks and landlords we come up against!  Some only last until their first check out!

Main Team Members

Russell Read, 30-something, married with 2 kids and heads The Well Done Group, having started it nearly 17 years ago.

Rob Motyer, Married, Head of Operations for The Well Done Group and runs the whole group on a day-to-day basis. Been with Well Done for over 11 years and has worked in every department, so is fully aware of what the teams are up against.

Barry Lawrence (Bazza), under 30. Property Services Manager. Heads his team carrying out various tasks throughout UK. Been at Well Done for 13 years.

Tom Lane (Dude), worked for Well Done for many years.  Property Services Manager. Heads his team carrying out various tasks throughout UK.

Liam Barton under 25, single.  Manager of Well Done Dry Cleaning  and runs  his busy team in the laundry and dry cleaning shop. Been with the group for nearly 10 years.

Melanie Read 30-something, married to Russell (poor thing), 2 kids. Oversees dry cleaning and laundry and in charge of purchasing and replacement items, and increasingly involved with interior design and refurbishment jobs. Been around since Well Done was a dream!

Tom Read (very old) Russ' dad. Carries out estimates in Wiltshire, Berks, Oxon etc. Been at Well done since day 1.

Leanne Smith 40+, undertakes alterations for garments and soft furnishings and part of Liam's team.  Been with us since Well Done was born!

Trudy Read 40+, heads Well Done Property DEVELOPMENTS, deals with both rental and block management. Looking after properties owned by Well Done Property Developments and by our clients.
